Note for Installation:

  1. Please search “Replace iPhone 8 screen” to watch the instruction video on YOUTUBE before installation.
  2. Disconnect the battery cable before installation or make sure your phone is turned off. Otherwise, the iphone 8 LCD screen will not turn on.
  3. Don't press four corners and be careful when lock screws,otherwise it will cause inner glass broken. Futhermore, do not over-bend or use excessive force to tear it
  4. Each screw should be installed into original location, because they are not same length! Never tighten screw over limit!
  5. Please connect the flexible cable one by one and make sure all the connectors are properly installed. The flexible cablewill be correctly connected with a "click" sound.
  6. Please check the LCD and make sure the flex cable is in good condition and there is no debris on the connector.

Q: I replaced the iphone 8 screen replacement full assembly, but it can’t turn on.

A: If the screen cannot turn on, that's because the LCD connector did not fully installed or got loose. When it happens, please reinstall the connectors for several times. After installed the screen, please press the power button and the home button for 15 seconds to reset the screen.

Q: Why does iphone 8 screen replacement black ghost clicking?

A: Usually one of the connectors are dirty or not plugged in correctly. Easier fix is to lift the screen from the rest of the motherboard and unplug the LCD and other cables. You could use alcohol and a cotton swab. Scrub the connectors gently and wait a few seconds for the alcohol to evaporate before plugging the connectors in. Make sure you have the connections seated properly.

Q: After install ,the screen came out black or unresponsive,what should I do ?

A : Please check and do it as below:

a.Please check the iphone 8 LCD to make sure the flex cables are in good condition and there are no debris on the connector.

b.Disconnect and reconnect the flex cables from the motherboard side.

c.Then Reboot: Hold buttons (Home, Up volume, and Power button) until the phone switch down and then switch up again.

Q: Why the touch ID cannot work ?

A: 1. Please transfer the home button from your orginal screen, because only the orginal screen can make your touch ID work . This item does not include home button.

2. The home button needs to be connected to the metal plate and then the cable on the metal plate needs to be installed to the logic board. Please make sure both connectors are fully fitted and please gently install the connectors.
