1. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as gift cards, downloadable software products, and items marked as final sale.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at ddgard39@gmail.com with details of the issue.

4. Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, please contact us at ddgard39@gmail.com for the return address and instructions. You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if it was initially paid by GSW Productions.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may have already been processed and shipped, in which case our standard return policy will apply.
